Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will review your case and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is incorrect or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of postage.
